Commissioning the incoming primary-voltage tap on the distribution network: using a fuse cut-out and cabling, the primary voltage (20 kV) is delivered to the medium-voltage panel. After applying the necessary MV protections, the power drawn from the grid reaches the primary windings of the power transformer, and low-voltage cables carry the demand from the output terminals (secondary/low-voltage winding: 400 V three-phase) to the main low-voltage panel — correcting power factor and quality while distributing the received energy among the various internal sections.
