Every board completes the full quality-control route before it leaves the factory.

    Engineering design

    Load calculations, single-line drawings, take-off and shop drawings in the technical office.

  2. 2

    Enclosure fabrication

    Cutting and bending galvanized sheet, welding, and electrostatic powder coating.

  3. 3

    Assembly and wiring

    Equipment mounting, busbar work and control-circuit wiring.

  4. 4

    Test and inspection

    Current injection, megger, hi-pot and high-voltage testing.
