The company is founded
Formed in Sari around a group of university-trained electrical engineers, starting with design and consulting work for local industry.

Panel manufacturing begins
The workshop moves to the Farahabad road site and begins building low-voltage distribution and motor-control boards in series.

Medium-voltage and quality certification
Production extends to 20 and 33 kV switchgear, and the quality management system is certified to ISO 9001.

Compact substations, type-tested
Prefabricated compact substations enter production and pass type testing at the Niroo Research Institute — the approval that still distinguishes the company in the province.

Added to the Tavanir approved supplier list and the oil and gas vendor list, opening work with national utilities and the Ports and Maritime Organization.
