Support request
For a fault on a board already in service, send the request below and include the serial number from the rating plate — it identifies the drawing and the test record. For anything urgent, call the factory directly.
Before energising
- Check the rating plate against the approved single-line diagram.
- Confirm the earthing conductor is connected and continuous.
- Measure insulation resistance on each phase and to earth.
- Verify all busbar and cable terminations are torqued to the values on the label.
- Remove any transport bracing and packing material from inside the enclosure.
Routine maintenance
- Inspect and re-torque terminations every twelve months.
- Clean insulators and busbar supports; check for tracking or discolouration.
- Test the operation of each circuit breaker and interlock.
- Check door seals and ventilation filters; replace if the enclosure is outdoors.
- Record readings so trends are visible between visits.
Compact substations
- Lift only from the designated lifting points.
- Set on a level, drained foundation with cable entries protected.
- Check transformer oil level and temperature indicator before energising.
- Keep ventilation louvres clear; do not store material against the enclosure.
- Warranty is 24 months from commissioning.
