Company policy
The boards this company builds sit inside hospitals, ports, water treatment plants and distribution networks. What follows is what the company undertakes to do, and how that undertaking is checked.
-
01
Build to standard, then prove it
Every board is designed to IEC 61439 or IEC 62271 as applicable, and released only after routine testing. Type testing is carried out at the Niroo Research Institute and the EPIL reference laboratory.
-
02
Meet the customer’s requirement, not the minimum
Specifications are agreed in writing before manufacture, and changes are documented. What is delivered matches the approved drawing.
-
03
Keep people safe
Occupational health and safety is managed to ISO 45001, with a safety competence certificate from the provincial Department of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare.
-
04
Reduce environmental impact
Environmental management follows ISO 14001. Powder coating is chosen over solvent-based finishing, and metal offcuts are recycled.
-
05
Train continuously
Technical staff are trained on the equipment they assemble, and on the standards the boards are built to.
-
06
Support after handover
Compact substations carry a 24-month warranty, and installation, commissioning and maintenance guidance is provided with every delivery.
