What licences and approvals does the company hold?
An operating licence from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade; a technical and engineering licence; and places on the approved supplier lists of Tavanir and the oil and gas sector. The company is the only authorised manufacturer of prefabricated compact substations in Mazandaran province.
Are the boards type-tested?
Yes. Type testing is carried out at the Niroo Research Institute and the EPIL reference laboratory. Every board is also routine-tested in-house before it leaves the factory — current injection, insulation resistance and hi-pot as applicable.
What contractor grades does the company hold?
Contractor competence certificates from the Plan and Budget Organization: grade 3 in power, grade 3 in installations and equipment, and grade 5 in buildings and structures. There is also a safety competence certificate from the Mazandaran Department of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare.
Which management systems are certified?
ISO 9001:2015 for quality, ISO 14001:2015 for environment and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety, operated together as an integrated management system with HSE-MS.
Which manufacturers’ equipment do you build with?
Schneider, ABB, Siemens, Mitsubishi and DeepSea among others, selected per project. The company also holds manufacturer certificates from SAREL of Italy and ELKO of Türkiye.
What testing facilities are on site?
Three laboratories: high voltage, for power-frequency and impulse withstand testing; low voltage, for current injection, insulation resistance and hi-pot; and a coating laboratory for bend, impact, thickness and cross-cut adhesion tests on the powder finish.
What voltage range do you manufacture?
Low-voltage boards up to 690 V with busbars rated to 6300 A, and medium-voltage switchgear at 24 and 36 kV — compact AIS and GIS, conventional fixed designs, and withdrawable panels.
What warranty is provided?
Prefabricated compact substations carry a 24-month warranty from commissioning. Installation, commissioning and maintenance guidance is supplied with every delivery, and after-sales support is available from the factory.
How do I request a quotation?
Send a single-line diagram or a load schedule through the contact form and the technical office will prepare an estimate and a technical proposal. For an existing board already in service, use the support request form and quote the serial number from the rating plate.
