1- First, open the door of the transformer cell (TR), the rail is installed in the front of the cell, by opening two of the screws, we turn it outwards by 90 degrees, then move the mobile rail legs vertically on the ground. We make columns.
2- We place the transformer on the rail, then direct it to the inside of the cell. Trans should be located in the center of the cell. The placement of the trans inside the cell is such that the side of the trans where the oil tank is installed is located at the end of the cell and the secondary bushings of the trans cell side (LV) and the primary bushings of the trans cell side (MV).
3- After placing the transformer in the right place, we install the wheel steps, one at the back and one at the front, in a crosswise manner and tighten its screws to the fixed rail of the transformer. This prevents the transformer from moving back and forth. slow
4- We connect the cables related to the primary and secondary transformer, Buchholz relay and thermometer to the relevant bushings and terminals.
5- In the last step, we return the moving rail of the trans to its original state and tighten its screws.
