Since the basic maintenance of the electrical panel increases its lifespan and optimal use, please pay due attention to the items listed in this instruction.
- Check the serial number of the board with other available documents.
- The board should be installed levelly and with sufficient strength in its place.
- As some connections may have loosened during shipping, make sure the internal connections are tight.
- The external connections of the panel (input and output cables) must also be secure and strong, check this as well.
- Before energizing the board, carefully inspect its interior again to ensure that no foreign objects enter near the busbars and other energized parts.
- Before powering up the board, clean all the equipment from dust and…
- Do not open the screws of the body or the plates of the equipment and avoid using it for other purposes.
- It is not correct to connect any cable directly to the busbar and avoid this.
- The input and output cables must be secured by the clamps in the panel to prevent tension on the equipment contacts and their damage.
- If you need to change or replace the fuse, be sure to use the standard and approved type.
- Do not use long and non-standard screws to connect the cables to the outputs.
- If any of the output fuses are damaged due to short circuit or high current, be sure to completely clean the damaged fuse switch from the circuit and around it, because its presence will again cause current leakage to the body and short circuit.
- If you notice a current leakage or abnormal sound when connecting the main automatic switch, you must try to fix the problem first, then connect the switch.
- Never remove the protective fuses of the street lighting line from the circuit.
- In order to prevent dust from entering the board, make sure that there are filters in the place of the board’s vents.
- The main automatic switch needs to be serviced after 3 to 5 TRIPs under rated short-circuit current, so be sure to write down the times of disconnection and connection due to short-circuit in the identification card of the panel.
- Setting of protection relays must be done by experts.
- It is very dangerous to make changes or… while connecting the main key. (even the seemingly simple act of changing the lamp inside the panel) because there is a possibility of an object or tool falling on the BUS BARS, so avoid this.
- After finishing the work, make sure that the panel door is closed.

1- First, open the door of the transformer cell (TR), the rail is installed in the front of the cell, by opening two of the screws, we turn it outwards by 90 degrees, then move the mobile rail legs vertically on the ground. We make columns.
2- We place the transformer on the rail, then direct it to the inside of the cell. Trans should be located in the center of the cell. The placement of the trans inside the cell is such that the side of the trans where the oil tank is installed is located at the end of the cell and the secondary bushings of the trans cell side (LV) and the primary bushings of the trans cell side (MV).
3- After placing the transformer in the right place, we install the wheel steps, one at the back and one at the front, in a crosswise manner and tighten its screws to the fixed rail of the transformer. This prevents the transformer from moving back and forth. slow
4- We connect the cables related to the primary and secondary transformer, Buchholz relay and thermometer to the relevant bushings and terminals.
5- In the last step, we return the moving rail of the trans to its original state and tighten its screws.
Connection command:
First, close the entrance door, so that it locks completely, then put the handle in place of the earthing shaft, turn it counterclockwise to remove the sectioner from the earthing mode (after earthing, a mechanical interlock is established, which does not open the door in any way) can’t). After earthing, remove the handle from the earthing shaft. Turn the switch on the sectioner counterclockwise to open the connecting and disconnecting shaft inlet valve. Place the handle in the disconnecting and connecting shaft by turning the sectioner shaft clockwise. It connects then remove the handle. (Hand pressure should be enough to remove the handle easily). After connecting the sectioner, move the switch to the degenerator probe. Turn the switch counterclockwise. After charging the spring, you can connect the degenerator by pressing the green button (ON).

While holding the button (OFF), turn the switch 180 degrees clockwise and remove the degenerator from the socket and insert it into the sectioner and turn the valve counter-clockwise. The shaft entrance is opened by placing the handle in the sectioner shaft and by turning it counterclockwise, the sectioner is cut off. After disconnecting the sectioner, put the handle in the place of the earth shaft and turn it clockwise until it is earthed, now you can open the door.
