The medium pressure switchboard contains a number of cells with different uses (connecting and disconnecting, measurement and protection) whose equipment is selected according to its function. Because the error in them sometimes causes an explosion, which in most cases is accompanied by a lot of financial and even human losses. It is necessary to use these panels and medium pressure equipment throughout the electricity transmission and distribution systems, as well as in commercial or industrial facilities with higher demand than the limit determined by the distribution company.
